Risk Management & Integrated Management Systems

The Risk Management Department (RMD) leads risk management initiatives and oversees the Integrated Management System (IMS) across GAS and its subsidiaries. With a robust risk management framework, RMD ensures a stringent project tender review process and conducts monthly Project Risk Evaluations, proactively mitigating risks to deliver high-quality, defect-free products to clients. Additionally, the team conducts on-site assessments and audits at various construction stages across different regions to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

On the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) front, GAS is certified to internationally recognized standards, including:

• ISO 9001 (Quality Management System)

• ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System)

• ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System)

To uphold these standards, RMD conducts annual audits and regular assessments to ensure corporate governance, risk management, internal controls, and quality assurance are effectively implemented and adhered to by all employees.
